SHIPPING INFORMATION

          DOMESTIC ORDERS

• Orders will be delivered within one day.
• Orders sent via domestic cargo will be delivered within one to two days on weekdays, excluding mobile locations.
• Based on the shipping companies' working and delivery hours, orders placed before 5:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays will be delivered either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays-Fridays will be delivered by cargo on Saturday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Saturdays will be delivered on Monday.
• Next-day delivery is available for Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir, and daily delivery with Special Express cargo. (Delivery is not available for Izmir on Saturdays and Sundays.)
• Your order can be shipped via intercity bus companies, depending on your preference, for bus station pickup.

          INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Orders will be delivered within one day.
• Your international orders are delivered to your address via DHL Express Cargo Air Freight.
• To ensure your orders reach your address as quickly as possible, DHL Express Cargo ships at the most convenient day and time, taking into account operational working days and hours.
• Delivery Time:
• EUROPE > 1 - 2 Days
• AMERICAS - CANADA > 2 - 4 Days
• MIDDLE EAST > 2 - 4 Days
• ASIA - PACIFIC > 3 - 5 Days

• Our company is not responsible for any delays that may occur at the customs controls of the country to which you wish to ship your order, or for any damage to the product during this time.
• Customs costs incurred in the country to which you wish to ship your order are paid by the buyer.

• The time allowed for delivery on our order form is 100% within the timeframe we can deliver.
• To avoid any delays or disruptions in the delivery of your order, please provide your name, address, mobile phone number, email, etc. Please ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
• The responsibility for the validity of the name, address, mobile phone number, email, etc. provided by our visitors lies with the ordering party and is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is submitted.
